3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by California Roofing Services are based on the information available at the time of assessment and are valid for a specified period as stated in the written estimate. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Material availability and market price fluctuations
• Permit requirements or regulatory changes

Any changes to the original scope of work will be communicated to the client in writing before additional work proceeds.

4. Payment Terms

Generally, a deposit is required before work commences, with the balance due upon substantial completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by California law. We accept payment by check, cash, and major credit cards.

5. Warranties

California Roofing Services offers the following warranties on our work:

• Manufacturer Warranty: All materials installed carry the manufacturer’s product warranty, the terms of which vary by product and manufacturer.
• Workmanship Warranty: We provide a workmanship warranty on our installation services as detailed in your service agreement. This warranty covers installation defects and is subject to the terms and limitations specified in writing.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by severe weather events, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Full warranty terms are provided at the time of service.

6. Intellectual Property
